wabbit,
fork bomb, and
virus), a pattern in a cellular automaton (see
life,
sense 1), or (speculatively) a robot or
nanobot. It is even
claimed by some that
{UNIX} and
C are the symbiotic halves
of an extremely successful replicator; see
